At Rabbit, we're passionate about sustainability. Our kitchens follow a zero-waste policy and our cookery reflects a seasonal, nose-to-tail approach which showcases only what is local and often times what is wild.
The Local & Wild tasting menu is our celebration of that ethos and is a menu created to take guests on a journey in a way that brings them closer to what they're eating - presenting farm-to-fork dishes in a way that encourages mindful yet adventurous eating.
Enjoy our £45 tasting menu - an eight-course menu paired beautifully with wine (some from our own vineyard in West Sussex, Nutbourne) and take a bite out of the countryside.
The menu changes daily according to what we receive from our growers and farmers that week and often features foraged vegetables and herbs as well as wild game from Sussex venison to grouse, pheasant or quail depending on the time of year.
