With the government restrictions lifting on April 12th, Rabbit is taking the opportunity to engage with our Chelsea locals and regulars as they come back into the area for some retail therapy. We will serve a host of seasonal cocktails from Rhubarb margaritas to classics just the way you like them. El Rayo Tequila has partnered with us to bring you their signature Tequila and Tonic, a refreshing and enlightening way to enjoy the finest tequila, garnished with a slice of grapefruit.
We wouldn't leave our guests hanging without a Local & Wild small plate to pair with their sips, so our chefs will be in the kitchen creating your ultimate favourite mouthfuls. Including Oliver's famous and seriously moreish mushroom marmite eclairs, Chalk Stream trout cornettos, and of course, British Wye Valley asparagus served with a hollandaise sauce amongst other delights.
