Where to have Lunch in Chelsea

Country & Town House has listed Rabbit as one of 'The Best Restaurants in Chelsea' amongst some excellent hotspots in this premium foodie district of South West London. When searching for a top brass restaurant with a great atmosphere and signature perspective on food, we hope that Rabbit comes to mind.

Our charming restaurant is a stylish, colourful ode to the countryside way of life, serving seasonal small plates that each wink to our rural roots. Cooking with local and wild ingredients, the dishes are a vibrant reflection of modern British cuisine with a strict zero-waste philosophy across the menu.

Our lunch menu serves some of the best food Chelsea can offer, between activities on the King's Road or as a special celebratory meal, our restaurant is the ideal spot for your lunch reservation.

Lunch reservations are an excellent opportunity to dine at your favourite restaurants, at your favourite table, without having to worry about beating the crowds looking for an evening table. Especially with the wave of reservations since restaurants have reopened, we have found that lunchtime bookings are far too often overlooked!

Beyond beating the crowds for reservations and enjoying a quiet, divine meal with your friends and family, our lunch offering is a small plates a la carte menu, ideal for a light and fresh meal packed with seasonal, local ingredients. Paired with our 'daily loosener' or a non-alcoholic option of in-house infused cocktails, it makes for a fantastic choice when searching for where to eat in Chelsea. The full wine menu is served at lunch, including beautiful English wines from our West Sussex vineyard, Nutbourne. All of our wines pair very well with the delicate flavours of this season's dishes.

Expect to see confit Nutbourne tomatoes with smoked aubergine to taglioni with English pecorino and cured yolk. Enjoy specialty dishes like roasted whole guinea fowl with mushrooms and a mustard sauce or whole roasted Dover sole with preserved lemon and a butter sauce.

The Spectator has listed Rabbit as one of the 'Best Restaurants in Chelsea' under the category of 'farm-to-fork'. So if your search for the perfect King's Road restaurant includes farm-fresh and sustainable produce, look no further than Rabbit!

We welcome both reservations and walk-ins but encourage guests to make a booking through our online system or by emailing us directly.
