Treat Mum to a Local and Wild feast of delights this Mothering Sunday. Our seasonal set menu is the perfect way to say thank you in style on 27th March.

Begin by spoiling her with a trio of three moreish mouthfuls - a Mushroom Marmite Éclair, Montgomery Cheddar Puff and Chickpea Pillow, with Carrot Hummus, Breakfast Radish and Roasted British Seeds.

For starters we're serving up Torched Mackerel with 'English Miso', Compressed Cucumber, Dill and Borage.

To follow this, the showstopping main of Sweet Cured Confit Hogget Shoulder with Wild Garlica and Anchovy & White Bean Salsa.

Finish up with a sweet treat of Almond & Frangipane Tart topped with Rhubarb and Sour Cream.

Raise a glass of Nutbourne wine to toast the amazing woman who raised you, or clink a cheers with our 'Daily Loosener' cocktails.
