We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented head chef to run our kitchen at Rabbit on the Kings Road. Rabbit has had fantastic high profile and reviews, including a 9/10 in The Sunday Times.
The ideal candidate would be an expert in British wild food and a creative in a structured environment. They need to have experience with people management as well as having a flare for creative cooking!
Our food philosophy and passion at Gladwin Brothers is about using seasonal and wild ingredients to create small dishes within a daily changing menu: we call this Local and Wild. Our produce is sourced and foraged from our own farm in Sussex and neighboring farms, and all our butchery occurs in-house. The head chef role will include the responsibility for development with regards to experimental menu dishes to accompany Oliver Gladwin (co-founder and executive chef).
