Chelsea in Bloom returns to London in 2026 with its highly anticipated “Out of This World” theme, transforming the streets of Chelsea into a celestial celebration of creativity, colour, and floral artistry. At Rabbit British Bistro, we’re delighted to be part of this iconic event with a specially curated dining experience that captures the spirit of the occasion.
For a limited time (Monday 18th May until Saturday 23rd May), guests can enjoy our exclusive four-course Chelsea in Bloom set menu, designed to showcase the very best of seasonal British produce. Rooted in our “Local & Wild” philosophy, each dish celebrates fresh, sustainable ingredients sourced from trusted farmers and producers across the UK.
The experience begins with a selection of creative bites, including a Mushroom Marmite Éclair and Smoked Mackerel Cornetto, alongside our signature wild sourdough served with wild garlic butter.
For starters, dishes such as Chalk Stream Trout Ceviche with elderflower, cucumber and radish, or London burrata paired with New Forest asparagus, highlight the light, vibrant flavours of spring.
The main course features beautifully prepared Tamworth pork tenderloin served with Nutbourne tomatoes and courgette chervil salsa, accompanied by a Cornish new potato and garden peas salad — a true celebration of the British countryside on a plate.
To finish, indulge in a rich dark chocolate mousse with honeycomb crumbs and Sussex strawberries, bringing a perfectly balanced sweetness to the menu.
A thoughtfully designed vegetarian menu is also available, ensuring all guests can enjoy the experience, with equally vibrant and seasonal dishes.
Alongside the menu, Rabbit British Bistro will unveil a bespoke floral installation inspired by this year’s theme. While we’re keeping the details under wraps for now, guests can expect a truly immersive and visually striking display — well worth a visit in itself.
Whether you’re exploring Chelsea in Bloom for the first time or returning as part of an annual tradition, Rabbit offers the perfect setting to dine, relax, and take in the atmosphere of one of London’s most beautiful events.
Spaces are limited during Chelsea in Bloom, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your table.
