Our Christmas menu: a farmhouse feast for £68
Our Christmas menu is built for sharing, just as you’d eat around a big farmhouse table. Plates of South Coast grilled octopus with masala-spiced butternut, endive with Stilton and pear jam, and sourdough with cep butter make their way around the table, before everyone chooses their own prime cut. Highlights include grilled South Downs venison with celeriac purée and honey berries, and Sussex beef fillet with red wine jus.
For pudding, try the dark chocolate mousse with salted caramel, or share a honey-baked truffled Brie. Then send everyone home with a mince pie Jammy Dodger and brandy butter. We also offer vegetarian and pescatarian menus.
